"Sign in" button does not work correctly

Steps to reproduce the error

1. Go to: https://platform.cadasta.org/account/signup/?next=/dashboard/
2. Then click the "Register" button at the top right corner of screen
3. On the Register form, click the blue "Sign in" option

Actual behavior

The page just reloads, instead it should take the user back to the sign in screen. There is another sign in button at the top right of this page that works, but this sign in option at the bottom of the form does not. I hope this helps!

Clicking this sign in option should bring the user to the sign in page.
