Some keybinds only work once

Hi, i'm having this issue, that some keybinds only work once
For example, i have 2 mods that use the same keybind, so when i press the keybind the menu of keybinds galore pops up, when i use 1 of the options, i can't use the option anymore.

when i use the open emote wheel option once, i cant use again.
