[RuntimeException] Unable to get primary namespace for package cakedc/comments.

I'm using CakePHP >3.6 and php 7.0.8. I get the above error when I install via composer. As in CakePHP documentation I have made sure to include the autoload section as well. Blogs tell me this error comes up when the package is not compatible for the version. Is that the issue or is it something else?
