I am not able to find "how to use this plug-in?" and how to use _findcloud method of it???

Is there any plug-in which will automatically find tags from content of post body/title?So that User do not have to insert Tags manually,,,,
please help in this scenario...!

Not that I'm aware of, you'll have to do it on your own or ask on stackoverflow.com. We can do it for you as well if you're willing to pay for it. This plugin won't do what you want, it was never made for that purpose.
