FYI: examtool-web uses platform.js, which is blocked by some ad blockers

I went to https://exam.cs61.org/ in my browser, and got a blank white page. It turned out this is because of my ad blocker. I use Ad Block Plus with Fanboy's Social Blocking list. exam.cs61a.org loads https://apis.google.com/js/platform.js, which is blocked by Fanboy's list, causing the page to not load. I don't know if this is likely to affect many people, but I thought I'd report it in case you get other reports of people unable to load the exam because the page is blank.

I had a few students who were affected by ad blockers blocking the page.

I can switch to a different CDN to serve this file, sure
