exceptions happen frequently but unpredictably

Opened this issue · 0 comments

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have found no way to reproduce the problems, they happen at random, but I
am never able to run the program for more than five minutes before it crashes
for one reason or another.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
recordings will stop, or will not start

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.1.7.8 WinXP Home

Please provide any additional information below.

Following is a list of what I am doing and what prompts I get upon failure.
Note that these do not happen every time, only occasionally. I can make
successful recordings and play them back but failure eventually occurs. When
failures occur, the program must be closed by way of Task Manager and then
restarted.

WHILE RECORDING - "access violation at address 00404FAA in module MidiPiano.exe

WHILE RECORDING - "This application has failed to start because WINSTA.dll was
not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

WHEN STARTING A RECORDING - "access violation at 00000001"

WHEN STOPPING RECORDING - "external exception C000001D"
