make: *** [Makefile:63: tgoeswall] Error 1
Started tgoeswall service manually with systemctl --user start tgoeswall
, but when checking it by systemctl --user status tgoeswall
the service is inactive.
● tgoeswall.service - Service to make Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite images, your wallpaper.
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/user/tgoeswall.service; static; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
Only when enabling the timer (systemctl --user enable tgoeswall.timer
), my wallpaper changed. The output was:
Created symlink /home/gabo/.config/systemd/user/timers.target.wants/tgoeswall.timer → /etc/systemd/user/tgoeswall.timer.
But still, when checking its status (systemctl --user status tgoeswall.timer
), the output reports its inactive
● tgoeswall.timer - Run tgoeswallctrl every 10 minutes
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/user/tgoeswall.timer; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
Trigger: n/a
