Capture switch example in the provenance graph

Switching the example should result in a new state in the provenance graph. Otherwise the back/forth does not work correctly, because actions are applied on a visualization that is not shown.

Obsolete for now, because we decided to use only the Gapminder example. However, I leave this issue open for further improvements.
