[BUG] Make sure cgpv.js and other files are not cloned into this project - but imported from geoview-core (link references)

Current Behavior

At this time we are cloning lots of files into this project; this is not sustainable in the long term.
config files;
cgpv.js;
etc

We need to be able to link these files directly from geoview core.. this helps when update are made to geoview-core.

To do this we also have to make changes to geoview project. Paths should be fully relative.
