With the old code match new config and schema-type clean up. Swap to hybrid mode and remove unuse code from geoview-layers. geoview-layer will only keep stuff related to configuration while gv-layer is stuff related to layer behavior. This step is the first one before we remove completly geoview-layers to rely onthe new config api.
