Current Behavior

The notification popper is misplaced when scrolling down the page

Expected Behavior

Shuld behave like the about popper

Steps To Reproduce

  1. https://canadian-geospatial-platform.github.io/geoview/public/demo-function-event.html
  2. Open Notification from appbar
  3. Scroll page
  4. See error
