- When users enter the project adding screen for the first time, they should first encounter general information. Here, one must both commit to some things and be informed about the general flow.
- At the same time, if all information related to the project is successfully received from the user, the project with all the information will be sent to the admin for approval, and he/she will be informed about the process when all the add project operations are completed successfully.

- When the user first enters the add-project component, he/she is informed about the goals of our platform and what he/she needs to commit to, and if he approves, articles have been added to provide information about what he needs to do during the project adding phase and how the process progresses afterwards. Additionally, the buttons become active after 15-20 seconds so that you don't just pretend to read it and skip it.

- Users can also approve certain texts and send them for approval before sending the project for approval. This issue has been resolved with this development.
