Not the current version. But fetching the stars of all the repos of a user is cheap so you should probably not bother.

Thanks for the response, there is a page I am planning to automate, I could probably fetch all then delete all but the repositories I am interested in, but being able to specify specific repositories would be more useful for my particular use case.
