[Feature Request] - Show Downloaded Playlists When Offline

Summary
When all the songs in a playlist are downloaded, it should be possible to view and play the playlist offline.
Description
You can download an entire playlist by opening the playlist and clicking "Download all," but the metadata for the playlist itself is not stored offline (playlist name, list of songs). This means that when you actually want to listen to a playlist offline, you can't - all downloaded songs from all playlists show up in the UI and you can only sort by title, album, etc.
This could be solved by storing playlist data offline. Maybe in a "read-only" mode to avoid sync issues.
Use Case
It would be nice to be able to listen to specific organized playlists offline instead of having to manually skip through your entire library.

Thanks for this app! There are literally 0 other open-source Subsonic clients that look/feel like they were made after 2014.
