Limit camera movement to in game world

Feature description
We want to limit the movement of the camera so the player can't see the edges of the environment design

Acceptance criteria/subtasks

  • Keep the movement free when going out into the water so we can still have that fun 'nothings here' bit. Maybe make the limit a cone shape so they can't just go around the island either.
  • Prevent the user from moving the camera past the mountain ranges in the playable area of the game
