Kindly fix vendor/tmobile/. CM has included new theme manager activity and your sources are conflicting with it. Further information here.

Yes, even I got this error. For now, reverting this commit solves the issue - CyanogenMod/android_vendor_tmobile_providers_ThemeManager@305ef11
Reverting the above commit doesn't break the Theme Chooser either. It still works properly.
