Passed a booster pack with 5 uncommon cards in Foundations Booster Draft

Describe the bug
Started a Foundations draft. On Round 2 Pick 3 I was passed a pack containing 5 uncommons: Swiftfoot Boots, Grappling Kraken, Seismic Rupture (foil), Affectionate Indrik, and Wildwood Scourge.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start a booster draft with Card Set / Block Magic Foundations
- Keep an eye out for booster pack containing more than 4 uncommons.
Expected behavior
According to https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Booster_pack:
Of the fifteen Magic cards, one is a basic land, ten are common, three are uncommon, and one is rare or mythic rare. There is also a chance for one of the common cards to be replaced by a premium foil card of any rarity.
This pack only contained 1 foil uncommon so at most it should have had 4 uncommons, not 5.
Desktop
- OS: Windows 10
- Java version: OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-21.0.3+9
- Forge Version: 2.0.00-SNAPSHOT-11.18
These boosters are working as intended.
Your expected behaviour is taken from draft boosters. Foundations use play boosters which work differently.

Picture 1
- 7 common (slots 1-6 & 7)
- 5 uncommon (slots 8-10, 12 & 13 foil)
- 1 land (slot 14) 50% to be a gain land, doesn't have to be a basic
- TAKEN: 1 Rare/Mythic (slot 11)
Picture 2
- As picture 1
- The booster is 14 cards in Forge because you don't see slot 15 which is always a token or art card
Picture 3
- 1 mythic (slot 13 foil)
- 2 rare (slots 11 & 12)
Thanks for the clarification. My apologies for my misunderstanding of the different booster pack types. I'm returning to MTG after a long time away from the game.
