Styling by value : all attributes

Hello,

I'm quite new to GIS systems and the company I work for is about to provide a GIS for a European Union project. They need different "styling by value" possibilities in the GUI (polygon & stroke color, point size & color, stroke width etc − anything you can think of in terms of basic svg attributes).

Carto seems like the right level of complexity but I don't understand the way you manage issues. The following issue that mentions these possibilities is closed and related issues seem to be merged : #13906

But in the real GUI eg. for polygons I only have "Polygon color" in the fields modifiable "by value". Stroke width & color are static.

I'm sorry to have opened an issue just for this question but what delivery time for this feature can we expect ?
