Typo in Data Observatory guide

First line of cartoframes/docs/guides/07-Data-Observatory.ipynb says 'CARTO's Data Observatory is a spatial data platfrom...'

There seems to be a typo in the word 'platfrom', it should be 'platform' instead, in my opinion.
