Add HTML color codes to README and site

For convenience, having the color codes ready for copy and paste is very useful.

I'm not sure how to update this; should I copy-paste the README file into here?

You need to update the gh-pages branch 😉

Edit: I just realized I used the GitHub web interface to create the site. I will look into doing it in a better way this afternoon.

b93866a [gh-pages] Update site, use Jekyll.
81258c6 [gh-pages] Update list of contributors.
7a738d2 [gh-pages] Add a script to update the site contents.

Future updates to the site should thus be easy :-)
