Add HTML color codes to README and site

For convenience, having the color codes ready for copy and paste is very useful.
Hmm... the website still isn't updated...
I'm not sure how to update this; should I copy-paste the README file into here?
You need to update the gh-pages branch 😉
Edit: I just realized I used the GitHub web interface to create the site. I will look into doing it in a better way this afternoon.
