can't find nano config.json, node generator.js or node checker.js in my folder

I did everything said in README.md and still, I can't get past the 4th step. I may miss some folder or something but I did try to search and other stuff

I'm not encountering a bug, I genuinely can't find nano config.json, node generator.js, or node checker.js file
