Convert test project to use test runner instead of activator / dynamic

well it does a few things for u

• class instatiation
• peverify and optionally skipping some peverify errors

• caches resulting log entries so they can be verified
• assembly resolution
• stubbing all the base class props (find type delegate, log delegates)

but it is optional
