The remote computer appears to be on but the service is not started or cannot reached.

Hi,
I don't know how to fix this issue. Both listening gates are the same. PC is connected by ethernet, tv by wifi. Firewall is off on router. App has access to network. PC can be found on the network.
The service has worked before, but I cannot get it to work again.

I had this same issue and fixed it by going into my router settings and noticed that the Computer IP address the MagicRemoteService had for my computer wasn't the same as the one my router reported. I changed the IP address on the windows app to the one my router reported and it started working again.
