Title: Adding the footer section to the website

It's weird to see a professional website without a footer.
Describe the solution you'd like.
So, I would like to add a footer section to the website. Or at least a basic structure of Responsive Footer Design.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
If we are not interested in implementing a “Footer” then we might as well remove the version in place of footer , because it is not serving any purpose.
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
I want to work on this under GSSOC2022. Can you assign it to me.
