Is there a reason this repository is not being kept up-to-date with the master slickgrid?

I am thinking about integrating this into some code I work with, the sagemath notebook (https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb) . I'd like to start with the best version of code I can. However, since I've not worked with this before, I doubt I am a good person to try to merge in the upstream fixes. If there is not a reason to avoid doing the upstream merge, I wonder if somebody more knowledgeable could?

No there isn't a specific reason. Feel free to merge from the master slickgrid but be sure that it doesn't break anything (adding some tests would be very useful).
