Make new Gallery Page using the plugin `html5up-parallelism`

html5up-parallelism is present in /plugins/html5up-parallelism.
Make a new Gallery using that plugin and having the same format as in spons.php.
- Background white
- Navbar black when unscrolled
- Mobile responsive
Take the images from /Gallery/gallery_pics/.
All the images are converted to their thumbnail format inside the same folder. Use accordingly.
