links in lists aren't visible

Check out the links at the end of Åse's recent posts -- there's no indication that they're links. This seems to be because screen.css sets text-decoration: none for a elements. Links in text are underlined because it specifies that for p a. Anyone see a problem with my adding underlining for li a too?
Good catch. Sounds like a good fix to make.

I'm going to commit the proposed change shortly because Åse's post is much harder to read without it. Please revert if it breaks anything in a way that's not obvious to me.
