GLTFStandardPBR material can not be processed in O3DE 22.10

Tilesets currently aren't displaying in O3DE 22.10 due to an issue with the material.

When opening a 22.10 project, the Asset Processor produces a warning that it can not process the GLTFStandardPBR material or any of its variants.

As noted in this issue,

O3DE 22.10 introduces multiple changes, e.g. to the organization of Shader code in the Atom Core gem, that break the build of the Cesium O3DE gem

seems windows have'nt been solved yet ? pity...
