unable to make vedio call

Hi Sir

 I am using ngn- stack source download from http://imsdroid.googlecode.com/svn/branches/2.0/  tjis link.

it is build properly and make audio call successfull.
but the problem is there when we make vedio call . we have unable to make vedio 
call. so plz sir help me.
