Allow OSD to work only with TX from the FC

Can you please add a feature to allow only TX from the FC so that we can have
bluetooth/GPS on the same port as the OSD?
It is done in MinimOSD for APM, it is possible there to connect only TX from
the FC.
I know it won't be able to use command from the RC but, i think bluetooth is
more useful.
