Support for PutUserInfo needed ?

Since the beginning of our usage with CollaboraOnline, the endpoint PutUserInfo and the associated features weren't working correctly.
It seems that it is not required for Collabora.
As we target this Wopi Client, it is fine, for now, not to support PutUserInfo.
Maybe we should re-implement this properly in future versions.
