Describe the bug
PvPmanager prevent all my plugins (including PvPmanager) from working. I tried removing PvPmanager, and then everything works again.

To Reproduce

  1. Add PvPManager-3.32.jar to your Plugins
  2. Restart
  3. Not a single plugin will be enabled in your server
  4. When you do /pl it will show Plugins (0)

Expected behavior

Plugin and Server version

The issue of no other plugin enabling after that error is a Paper bug.
However, I posted a new update that should not cause the issue.
