Add Hover Effect to Navbar Items

Problem:
Currently, the navbar items do not provide any visual feedback when hovered over, which reduces the interactivity and responsiveness of the user interface. A hover effect would enhance the user experience by making it clear which navbar item is being selected.

Expected Behavior:
When a user hovers over a navbar item, it should visually change to indicate the hover state.
