After @LAutour moved his 1.14 preparation code to a separate branch (see #3), the master branch needs to be merged with the latest code from Yohann.
This means redoing/copying the following commits:
Merge complete but I guess I messed up the merge/rebasing.
I created a new branch 1.14 and manually added the latest version of LAutour's D2Funcs_pre114.h
