What is the Task

perform analysis using Streetlight data and document results in an article to be submitted to ggwash or wapo, etc. Also submit as public comment to NPS.

Why do we want to do this

Rock Creek Park is a gem and keeping it open to bike/ped/scooters 24x7 is a no brainer from a climate change perspective, a personal wellness perspective, a local air quality perspective. NPS is considering reopening to cars, with public comment period on the study closing August 22, 2021.
