Fetch Upcoming Meetup events from Meetup API

Chicago has several meetups powered by Meetup.com. Utilize the Meetup JS Api to fetch them.
- create a meetup api handler that consumes a # of meetup ids
- number of meetups to fetch should be arbitrary
- if possible, the option to fetch a month's worth of meetups would be nice to explore to
