Steps to reproduce

  1. Open site https://crisislogger.org/ on a mobile device (iOS) in portrait mode
  2. Pay attention to the screen
  3. Rotate the device to landscape mode
  4. Observe the result

Actual result
The header image is stretched vertically

Expected result
The header image is displayed in correct proportions
