UniPay is a subsidiary of the PayDao community, so PayDao is a community of a group of anonymous and distributed folks across the globe which provides funds or bounties to the projects which are being run on the Ethereum chain.
So, the funds are distributed per the communities governance rule ie, and 51% of the majority voting towards the project is approved for grants or not.

- Bug Fixes or Reducing the complexity of the project
- Bringing new partners to the community
- Distributing the UniPay brand to the community, and so on.
