Update website to follow a colour scheme

Currently, there is none, we are using a lot of default colour values. I am thinking we should use these colours (from logo colour scheme):

Both are feasible.
The top ones match the w3-blue from the framework for ChoralWeb. W3.CSS Colors
The bottom ones more closely match the Choral logo.
