Have the rope stay out when the trigger/mouse is held down

Have the rope stay out and remain out when input is held down, so that when they fall they can grab the first hook that they interact with. Don't have it just go away when nothing is hit.

Might be worth discussing further if we want this behavior or not. It seems kind of awkward and inconsistent with how a grappling hook works (not that this is a really accurate grappling simulator or anything, but it feels quite unexpected imo.) It also reduces the emphasis on accurate shooting, as you can just jump and prematurely fire your grappling hook to max distance and then, holding the mouse button, rotate the hook around to collide with a point.

If shooting the grappling points feels too hard, I think increasing the travel speed of the hook would be a good way to lower the difficulty. I would be interested to hear everyone else's opinions on this
