otherwise, if the content is markdown, the first line might look a bit weird, specially if it's a table, or something weird.
How to handle this?
I think it should simply be a convention. Tell the user (in the readme, maybe) that that's how it should be done.
Mark as complete if I don't feel this is an issue anymore.
