Link not displaying correctly in `crates.io`

The bit that says:

Configuration can be done by executing:
horsetab edit
See an example.
The example text should be a link, but it's not showing. Even if I fix it, it's unlikely it will work properly, since I'm using relative links and that's mostly a Github markdown feature (not necessarily available in Crates.IO)

Fixed by copy-pasting the file content into the readme.
