How to reproduce:

  1. Create new endpoint with HasOccurrencesRule.
  2. Open edit form for this endpoint
  3. Click "Save"

Expected result: Default arguments should be created (3 with this rule).

Actual result: No arguments are created.

If you edit at least one argument and then save, then the arguments are saved.

Fixed on development environment. 2331d5b

Deployed to production.

Confirm on production.
