Add feature in deliverables screen to re-name output file

In A2J, the output file names took the name of the style sheet. This would be a good default in order for the outputs to be easily identifiable.

Better yet, if we have a field in the deliverable screen that can specify how the output file names should appear, that would be much better.

In an even more ideal solution, it would be helpful we can use interview variables in this field that would determine the output file name.

You can add the name of the output file when adding a deliverable in the editor.
