Oscean is really big!

The osceans are really big, and i cant figure out if there's a way to scale them down?:)

I'm trying to match the scale to the following assets:

Also, non of my changes seam to apply when i run the game, only in the editor?

Which scene are you using? water_shader_examples? What settings are you changing? The way I have water_shader_examples.tscn set up, the WaterMaterialDesigner automatically sets shader parameters based on the GerstnerWave resources in the editor.

By the way, the size of ocean waves will not scale with DeepOcean.scale, you have to edit the waves.

Lower the steepness in this wave from 10 to something smaller. Play with the other settings as well.

Then go to DeepOcean and press "Editor Rebuild"

Oh! I might have just misundertstood how one's ment to interact with the add-on^^' I'll give ur instructions a go:)

So now it works! I just didn't use the plug-in properly:P Thank u for the help!^^

No problem! Of course this means I should document the plugin better. I'm thinking of making a wiki with explicit howto's like this.

That sounds like a good idea:)

I'm also having this same question, but I'm using a Plane mesh with the 'outset_ocean material.tres'. How can I downscale in this case? I don't have this helper node, as I'm just using the shader in a mesh.
