Icon of Ingame Panel Missing in MSFS Toolbar

After installing Sim Update 5 the icon of the ingame panel is missing from the MSFS toolbar. This seems to be the case for other mods as well. After playing around a bit, I wasn't able to provide a "quick fix", hence I'd suggest to consider it a known bug for now until a solution is found!

Fixed in 577471b - Will be rolled out with upcoming hotfix v1.4.1
