After running for just a few minutes the extension uses 99%+ CPU and makes the fans go crazy. Disable the extension and reload the application, no fans run.

I am having a similar issue using a project with multiple node_modules folders.
There is around 30-40 node_modules folders, my application is not able to run when using NPM intellisense.
