Update HTTP(S) icon color

The modern web largely uses HTTPS, moving from the minority of sites when this extension was first created, to the majority of sites.
Therefore, it is time to update the UX to make it feel less positive when a site uses HTTPS by showing a green padlock, which would appear for most links now.
The suggestion is for the HTTPS lock icon to not be green and be changed to a more subtle colour, such as a light Grey. The HTTP counterpart icon could then be changed to a red icon, for example.
Icon colours should be user-customisable.
This suggestion was from a User submitted as feedback through the Chrome Webstore.
