Compendium: quests are messed up after 4.4.0

Quest completions are saved right at exit, but at program start some quest completions are loaded to wrong quest.

To reproduce:

  • create new character
  • mark Lost Thread competed at any diff
  • exit
  • restart
    completion from Lost Thread is transferred to Lost in the Swamp
  • restart again
    completion from Lost in the Swamp is cleared (no completion of Lost Thread is transferred)

Rest Stop => Rest for the Restless has same issue.

This makes also Sagas broken:

  • Rest Stop is replaced with Rest for the Restless
  • Lost in the Swamp is part of Menace saga

Confirmed. Weird, because this is not as a result of the Compendium Data files themselves - neither of those quests have been touched in a very long time, and it didn't happen until I updated the program to 4.4.0 even though I updated the Compendium data files first.
