Bug: Hidden FAB's in Interactive Book are active when hidden.

Describe the bug
The Floating Action Buttons in interactive book are active(i.e can be pressed) even when they are not visible. This can lead to unexpected UX.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Interactive Book'
- Open any chapter.
- Scroll down to hide the FAB buttons.
- After Tapping on the hidden FAB, page changes.
Expected behavior
Since it is an Interactive book, FAB should not do anything when they are hidden.
